Your Role and Responsibilities

As part of an effort to engage with and develop talent, IBM is seeking interns who are interested in developing professional skills but also experience IBM culture. Interns will work on meaningful work, and projects that provide solutions to an area of the business and be able to combine their education with practical experience in core IBM business areas.

Project/Business areas may include, but not be limited to the following:

• Consulting

• Technical Sales

• Human Resources

• Communications & Marketing

• Finance

• Research

• Design

• Developer

• Data Science

If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $20/hr to $22.70/hr is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your job-related skills and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• SkillsBuild Professional Skills & Job Readiness Skills (prior to start)

• Current/Past student of IBM affiliated P-TECH school - Skyline High School (Longmont, CO)

• Minimum completion of year 3 (prior to start)

• Some college credits earned (prior to start)

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• HS Diploma/College attendance

• GPA: 2.6+
