    What you’ll be doing...

    This position includes process engineering, project management, continuous improvement and data analysis. We are seeking a process engineer to support and optimize the reverse logistics operations that consist of Returns and Testing, Finished Goods, and Accessory processing. This role is ideal for someone with medium level experience in process engineering or supply chain with a strong background and interest in efficiency improvement, data analysis, and problem solving. The process engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams and third party vendors to analyze, develop, and improve processes ensuring KPI adherence, standardization, and cost efficiencies.

    Additionally, the person will be responsible to drive key changes to the operation which will span several business units working closely but not limited to Device Quality and Repair, Monetization, Inventory Planning, and our third party vendors to ensure proper implementation of programs and initiatives. The process engineer should be an innovative thinker which can drive process optimization to several strategic programs spanning multiple processes.

    • Analyzing and refining the reverse logistics process to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve KPI performance.

    • Driving process standardization across the supply chain network.

    • Overseeing the end to end reverse logistics process.

    • Developing metrics, KPIs, and trends to identify areas of opportunity to drive improvements.

    • Closely working with the Business Intelligence team to institutionalize KPIs into the reverse dashboard.

    • Identifying opportunities for automation improvements and recommending technology solutions.

    • Driving initiatives to reduce cost out of the business.

    • Driving project management initiatives to support process improvement, including Business Transformation efforts.

    • Driving change management efforts for the Reverse Operation.

    • Participating in the overall discovery and execution plan for the Process Engineering and Optimization Communicate regularly to senior leadership regarding operational updates and associated financial benefits.

    What we’re looking for…

    You’ll need to have:

    • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

    • Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.

    • Experience in process engineering, continuous improvement and industrial engineering.

    • Experience negotiating business and technical terms, as well as KPIs and SLAs.

    • Persuasive & effective communicator with the ability to clearly articulate a vision to a broad range of audiences.

    • Experience solving complex problems.

    Even better if you have one or more of the following:

    • A degree in Engineering.

    • Master’s degree .

    • Strong data mining and presentation skills.

    • Excellent forward thinking and analytical skills.

    • Effectively function in a fast paced and fast changing environment.

    • Experience in the wireless industry, specifically Returns Processing and/or Service and Repair with strong competency in supply chain operations, program or process management, and metric development and oversight.

    • Six Sigma Green Belt or similar statistical and quality experience.
