    What you’ll achieve

    As part of the Sales Excellence Empowerment program, you will embark on a transformative journey designed to equip you with the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in the field of Technical Sales.  You will collaborate with expert sales professionals, build a strong network within Dell, and hone professional skills for success in a hybrid corporate environment. Participants will emerge ready to pursue a career in Technology Sales effectively and confidently.

    You will:

    • Explore a career in Technology Sales and master the essential skills needed for success.
    • Receive coaching and mentoring from experienced sales professionals.
    • Create an impactful resume, excel in interviewing techniques, and cultivate your personal brand.
    • Enhance career development skills through tailored guidance and support.
    • Earn an opportunity to interview for the Dell Technologies Services Sales Internship in the Summer 2026.

    **More about this opportunity: **

    • Commit to attending virtual sessions twice a week for 5 weeks. These will be roughly 90-minute sessions, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 pm -7:00 pm CDT.
    • We are looking for students who will be in their sophomore to junior year during Fall of 2025
    • To be eligible for an internship, your expected graduation date should be no earlier than Aug. 2026.

    Essential Requirements

    • Enrolled in an accredited four-year university/ college program with a 3.2 GPA or higher
    • Interest in pursuing a career in Technology Sales.
    • Demonstrate an ability to cope with a complex and changing environment.
    • Willing to relocate near a Dell main campus if hired full-time or relocate for 12 weeks during our summer internship program to Round Rock, Texas, or Hopkinton, Massachusetts (tentative).
    • To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment via status.

    Desirable Requirements

    • College coursework in sales and/ or previous sales experience
    • College coursework in Management Information Systems (MIS) / Computer Science or experience
