World Wide Technology, Inc. currently has an opportunity available for a Salesforce Analyst/Administrator within IT on the Salesforce team located in our St. Louis, Missouri headquarters. WWT specializes in providing high-tech solutions and services that enable companies to better share, distribute, organize, and analyze information.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review, analyze, and work business support requests
Work in tandem with experienced team members to assist in strategic projects.
Perform day to day Salesforce configuration platform changes.
Develop relationships with stakeholders and end users.
Configure Salesforce to support business processes; this includes creating custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, approval processes, process builders, flows and validation rules.
Create custom dashboards and custom reports to provide sales data to various sales teams and users.
Participate in solution designing for enhancements and strategic projects.
Participate in daily stand ups, project planning meetings, specifies, grooming, and business requirement gathering sessions.
Be able to communicate effectively with delivery team on issues, new requirements.
Conduct testing sessions with business users and provide feedback to the delivery team.
Learn and analyze new features from Salesforce releases for use on our platform.
QUALIFICATIONS
2-3 years of Salesforce CRM customization, support, and configuration on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management including Conga/Apptus products desired
Experience with Partner Relationship Management including Partner Communities a plus
Understanding of sales reporting, salesforce security structure, salesforce data modeling.
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
Knowledgeable and understanding of Software Development Lifecycle, particularly Agile Methodology, Change Sets in Salesforce, and maintaining sandbox integrity.
Independent and self-motivated.
