Position Overview:

As an Analyst, you will focus on cybersecurity governance, risk and compliance management, and strategy. The role will involve producing deliverables that recommend and implement security measures that mitigate risks and maintain regulatory adherence that aims to safeguard sensitive data and uphold the organization's integrity and operational continuity.

The Analyst is responsible for supporting projects designed to solve cybersecurity risk management challenges and works with project teams to develop security solutions leveraging WWT's capabilities. A key trait will be the willingness and appetite to learn, this is a high growth role in a dynamic space. This is an individual contributor role with work closely managed and reviewed for accuracy and adequacy. The position includes travel up to 50% as needed.

Essential Functions:

• Conduct analysis, partner with senior team members, and deliver projects based on scope and deliverables.
• Support interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather requirements and assess current processes.
• Help maintain project plans and schedules. Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Create and maintain project documentation such as gap analysis, control efficiency, and meeting notes.
• Create clear, compelling charts, tables, and other visuals.
• Support creation of content including presentations, marketing material and deliverables.
• Become proficient in one or more of the following frameworks/regulations - NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, NIST 800-30, ISO 27001/2, HIPPA, GDPR, FFIEC, CIS, COBIT, HITRUST, CSA CCM, AICPA SOC 2, Third Party Risk Management, IT Risk Management

Qualifications:

• BA/BS preferred in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, information security, risk management or related area.
• <=3 years of work experience, including internships
• Cybersecurity certifications preferred such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or related credentials
• Excellent communication and engagement skills; ability to communicate with all levels of management
• Skilled at multitasking requirements including gathering, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting tasks across multiple user groups in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
• Ability to generate creative solutions to difficult or ambiguous problems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Foundational skills in asking pertinent questions to grasp business challenges and identify key metrics or objectives.
• Developing internal communication skills, learning to effectively communicate with different levels of management.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks, including requirement gathering, document writing, and support activities.
• A problem-solving mindset, contributing creative solutions to complex issues in collaborative team environments.
• The capability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
