    Responsibilities:

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    The Sr. Client Partner is responsible for ensuring Indirect Channel performance objectives are met and exceeded. This leader plays a critical role in delivering on Verizon Value Indirect Channel business priorities by keeping our Agent Partners informed, prepared and accountable to achieve their assigned objectives. You’ll provide critical support in driving sales and business growth for our Indirect Channel Partners You will formulate strategies, manage relationships, and execute business objectives, while removing roadblocks that impede business growth. You proactively share best practices, cultivate collaboration, and ensure KeyPerformance Indicators (KPIs) are being met.

    This is a highly visible role that requires strong prioritization, critical thinking, and relationship-building skills as you will identify obstacles, develop and implement creative solutions, provide insightful/actionable updates & ultimately ensure success. The role requires the ability to guide and persuade our partners through sensitive and complex situations, while preserving relationships, and working cross-functionally with internal and external parties.. You will be accountable for the performance and results of Indirect Agent and Retailer Partners.

    Responsibilities:

    • Owns outcome of Indirect Agent and Retailer partner performance.
    • Collaborating with internal and external cross functional teams to define optimal channel mix for Verizon Prepaid and Simple Mobile
    • Identifying opportunities and improving performance of existing Agent Partners and Retailer Partners through joint action planning
    • Onboarding & managing new Indirect Agents and Retailer Partners to grow distribution footprint nationally
    • Collaborating with Brand leads to align and execute on new value propositions, pricing and promotions
    • Ensuring Agents and Retailer Partners are trained on compensation, value propositions, and sales positioning
    • uncovering issues impacting field performance and developing solutions
    • Monitoring, evaluating, and analyzing market dynamics including industry trends and competitive moves to ensure Verizon Value is positioned to win in the marketplace

    You'll need to have

    • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
    • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
    • Proven experience demonstrating results in sales leadership, strategic planning, business development and execution
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi stakeholder environment and managing multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
    • Must have strong leadership abilities, able to engage and influence team and external partners including distribution leads
    • Proficiency in MS Office, Google business suite, and other platforms
    • Willingness to travel 51% to 75% of your time

    Even better if you have one or more of the following:

    • An MBA, or an M.S. in a related field.
    • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment with changing and evolving roles and responsibilities.
    • Strong project management skills, multitasking is vital to success
    • Superior account management skills and Excellent communication skills
    • The ability to influence and provide guidance without direct authority
    • Experience leading direct reports.
    • Experience with third-party sellers or retailers.
    • Account management experience.
    • Experience managing competing priorities with tight deadlines in a dynamic work
    • environment.
    • Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Experience driving sales, productivity, performance and results.
    • Financial acumen and experience in interpreting/analyzing sales results.

    Where you’ll be working

    In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.

    If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $109,000.00 and $202,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
