What You’ll Be Doing:
The Sr. Client Partner is responsible for ensuring Indirect Channel performance objectives are met and exceeded. This leader plays a critical role in delivering on Verizon Value Indirect Channel business priorities by keeping our Agent Partners informed, prepared and accountable to achieve their assigned objectives. You’ll provide critical support in driving sales and business growth for our Indirect Channel Partners You will formulate strategies, manage relationships, and execute business objectives, while removing roadblocks that impede business growth. You proactively share best practices, cultivate collaboration, and ensure KeyPerformance Indicators (KPIs) are being met.
This is a highly visible role that requires strong prioritization, critical thinking, and relationship-building skills as you will identify obstacles, develop and implement creative solutions, provide insightful/actionable updates & ultimately ensure success. The role requires the ability to guide and persuade our partners through sensitive and complex situations, while preserving relationships, and working cross-functionally with internal and external parties.. You will be accountable for the performance and results of Indirect Agent and Retailer Partners.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $109,000.00 and $202,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
