    What you’ll be doing...

The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and commercializing a strategy to drive revenue generation through services that complement Verizon's Fixed Wireless Access by designing, developing, and bringing to market new ways to monetize the FWA experience and managed services. You will then work across sales, product enablement, and marketing to determine the FWA attach strategy and prioritization. You will be an expert in FWA customer experience, ensuring that attach products drive additional value to the customer, and therefore reducing customer churn.

    This will be achieved by;

    • Identifying new segment focused managed services within Business Markets

    • Identifying and executing ways to monetize router services though product development

    • Designing a simplified UX/CX that increases FWA stickiness as well as attach product satisfaction

    • Leading the broader FWA team through E2E customer journey mapping

    • Acting as the SME for FWA launches as it pertains to CX

    What we’re looking for...

A strategic thinker able to develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps across teams and functions. You have a deep understanding of different business segments and are able to develop products that resonate with their needs, challenges, and ideal business outcomes. You are highly collaborative, innovative, a strategic thinker, with an execution focus that understands what motivates other partners. You are deeply analytical, using data and trends to continuously measure the success of our FWA attach products and provide guidance on what to start, stop, and continue.

    You’ll need to have:

    • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

    • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

    • Digital advertising experience including online and mobile platforms.

    • Product management experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

    • A degree

    • Proven track record of developing highly visible products

    • Knowledge of real-time bidding (RTB) platforms plus online and mobile ecosystems, like DSPs, ad exchanges, ad networks, SSPs, SEM, and other components.

    • Agile development experience.

    • Managed relationships with advertisers.

    • Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.

If Verizon and this role sound like a fit for you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every “even better” qualification listed above.
