    Responsibilities:

    This critical position is responsible for leading a team in Workforce Management in VVO ensuring the WFM short and long term plans are executed optimally through crisis management, cross team partnership and communication. This Leadership position will focus on enabling business continuity through mitigation and use of WFM levers to stabilize the voice/chat/social media queues, across all VVO brands.

    This role must be able to communicate effectively throughout all levels of the organization to communicate crisis impacts to the business, as well as mitigation action plans. This role will need to monitor and identify volume drivers to allow the business to quickly make adjustments to best serve our customers and deliver business outcomes.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Closely Monitoring Routing/Call Delivery for VVO
    • Management of a help desk to support the intake of agent and customer impacting issues and moving them towards resolution, escalation or assignment.
    • Working with the WFM planning team to build/refine demand/capacity model to optimize customer experience within desired business outcomes.
    • Identifying call volume trends and patterns affecting CX and alerting work groups with information
    • Partnering with VVO Incident Management Team to provide WFM insights for crisis management readouts.
    • Collaborating cross-functionally on various projects and initiatives
    • Being accountable for cost savings via process improvements
    • Creating slides/content that easily tells a story of what is happening in the business for: Call volume pressures, attendance trends, ways of working etc

    What we’re looking for…

    In this hybrid role, you will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager or at a minimum eight days per month, typically equating to two days per week

    You’ll need to have:

    • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
    • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
    • Workforce management and Crisis Management experience.
    • Must have the ability to travel up to 25%.

    Even better if you have one or more of the following:

    • Strong written and verbal communications skills
    • Ability to build and lead high performing teams, bonus if you have previous experience managing remote teams
    • Contact center customer sales and service experience
    • Laser focus on driving shareholder value

    In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.

    If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $87,000.00 and $176,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
