    What you’ll be doing…

    The Product Manager envisions, evangelizes, builds and sells products and services. You develop and leverage market and customer insights to identify and synthesize opportunities and unmet customer needs. You collaborate with internal and external partners to create and manage products that are desirable, viable and feasible (DVF). You partner collaboratively to fund, design and develop solutions that delight customers and end-users, and meet business objectives. You possess the skills and capabilities to see the big picture, define the product vision, and make the vision a reality.

    Device Management is a critical part of our suite of products, and enables Business customers to secure and manage devices used by employees. You will manage our Partner portfolio including Apple Business Manager, Samsung Knox, Android Enterprise, IBM Maas360, JamF and others. You will work with our Partners to develop, enable and offer solutions that meet the needs of our Business customers. You will partner with other Product Managers at Verizon to incorporate your products into other offerings and Solutions from Verizon Business.

    • Commercial Full Lifecycle Product Management experience with P/L responsibility.

    • Strong understanding of Device Management ecosystem and market & customer needs.

    • Ability to thrive in large, complex and matrixed organizations.

    • Collaborative individual with Subject Matter Expertise to influence & lead without authority.

    • Experience leading distributed teams to achieve challenging goals.

    • Ability to synthesize & sell the value of the offering to customers, stakeholders & leaders.

    • Deep data and analytic orientation for evidence-based decision making.

    • Identify future potential and opportunity space for your product and get your teams, customers and business network excited about it.

    What we’re looking for…

    You’ll need to have:

    • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

    • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

    • Experience in building or managing Technical products.

    • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.

    Even better if you have one or more of the following:

    • Master’s Degree or MBA.

    • Device ecosystem and services experience.

    • Experience managing partners developing technical products for your organization.

    Where you’ll be working

    In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.

    If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $128,000.00 and $238,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
