    ​​What you’ll be doing...

    You’ll be leading the charge on cultivating, building, and closing Signal Source sales and building Signal Source strategy for Verizon. In this position, you’ll create new value for Verizon and our customers by solving their needs. You’ll build and maintain the sales funnel, cultivating opportunities from discovery to close with the expectation of driving massive growth within this crucial category. Partnering with both internal and external teams, you will ensure that our Signal Source strategy is meeting our customer’s technical and business needs for the best solution and best customer experience. Because here, better matters.

    • Shaping innovative, secure, and holistic solutions that address current and future customer connectivity needs.

    • Building trusting relationships with internal and external customers, including C-Suite and CIO offices.

    • Providing deep product expertise and understanding of connectivity, technical and business needs of customers to translate our licensed spectrum services into business outcomes

    • Identifying sales opportunities via prospecting, building relationships, leveraging product knowledge, and uncovering customer needs

    • Working with cross-functional teams to ensure all resources are aligned to execute the sales strategy.

    • Presenting to all types of audiences at executive meetings, customer demos, trade shows, and Verizon Executive Briefings

    • Meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets and initiatives

    • Additional responsibilities will be assigned as needed

    • Where you'll be working…

    • In this mobile role, you'll primarily work from customer or field location(s), with occasional visits to a Verizon location for in-person training and meetings. This position is open to all Verizon US domestic hub locations.

    You enjoy creating novel solutions to the complex technical and connectivity problems our customers face and understand how Verizon will maximize their ability to build robust, reliable and agile networks. You work collaboratively and are agile when customer needs change. You enjoy working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with a focus on creating new revenue streams within Verizon.

    You’ll need to have:

    • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

    • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

    • Strong account development and enterprise sales experience.

    • Valid driver’s license.

    • Willingness to travel up to 75%.

    Even better if you have:

    • Capability and drive to meet or exceed challenging sales targets.

    • Experience developing and closing infrastructure deployments.

    • Experience in Project Management and navigating multi-faceted sales motions into a holistic program strategy

    • Strong communication skills to effectively position new ideas.

    • Persuaded and negotiated to create desired outcomes.

    • Balanced multiple competing priorities in a complex environment

    If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $116,000.00 and $215,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is a commission based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
