    Our Advanced Solutions Engineers at Verizon are passionate about cutting-edge technology and driven to help businesses thrive. In this role, you’ll be the vital link between our solutions and customer success. You’ll leverage your technical prowess and sales acumen to champion Verizon’s revolutionary products and solutions, empowering businesses to achieve more.

    Your mission will be to guide customers through seamless onboarding and implementation of key products like One Talk, Mobile Device Management, and a range of network solutions, ensuring flawless integration into their existing workflows. You’ll become a trusted advisor, proactively identifying and recommending additional Verizon products that align with their evolving needs, driving growth for both the customer and Verizon.

    Internally, you’ll streamline processes by resolving customer issues and developing scalable solutions for our business customers. Your expertise will extend to post-sales support, ensuring smooth technical migrations and exceeding customer expectations. Ready to make a real impact?     In this role you will:

    • Guide customers through seamless onboarding and implementation of key products like One Talk, Mobile Device Management, and a range of network solutions.

    • Provide expert provisioning and testing support, ensuring our solutions are flawlessly integrated into customer workflows.

    • Establish yourself as a go-to resource, proactively identifying and recommending additional Verizon products that align with evolving customer needs, driving business growth.

    • Streamline internal processes by effectively addressing and resolving customer issues, developing scalable solutions for sales representatives.

    • Provide comprehensive post-sales support, ensuring smooth technical migrations and maximizing customer satisfaction.

    • Contribute to the development, design, and implementation of innovative, out-of-the-box product solutions that address emerging market demands.

    In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager

    What we’re looking for...

    You’re not only a wireless and networking technology professional, but you enjoy selling solutions and solving technical challenges. You have an eye for detail, but never let the big picture pass you by. People know you for your ability to see new opportunities for clients and build high value solutions that improve the way they do business. You take a keen interest in the competitive landscape and the latest trends and you seek to learn about new technologies and the possibilities they create.

    You’ll need to have:

    • Four or more years of work experience.

    • Three or more years of relevant work experience.

    • Three or more years of experience as a network or mobile solutions architect combined with three or more years as a technology driven, customer facing sales role

    • Three or more years of experience designing and implementing mobile networks for enterprise customers

    Even better if you have one or more of the following:

    • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems or Engineering.

    • One or more years of experience in Architecture designs and implementation.

    • Experience with wireless services (data and voice) cloud, led services IT, security, or mobility solutions.

    • Certifications: CompTIA Network+, Wireless recognized certifications, Security+, Cloud Provider.

    • OEM certifications.

    In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
