What you’ll be doing...
The Hybrid Service/Technical Program Manager (HPM) maintains an overarching client relationship for assigned accounts (both proactive and reactive). The role of the HPM is to present a locally accessible, knowledgeable and empowered point of contact to designated customers for the duration of the program. The HPM is the primary point of contact between the Verizon supporting teams and the customer, ensuring that all deliverables and program requirements are met, and establishing and maintaining constant and successful Verizon/customer communications throughout the duration of the program life cycle.
In this role you will:
Act as a key service advocate for the service and technical program aspects of the current State of CA contract.
Conduct both internal and customer services reviews monthly and quarterly
Maintain customer relationships with key customer stakeholders.
Partner with internal and customer stakeholders on project related work.
Attend all project related calls for service delivery.
Responsible for incident management and change management.
Responsible for customer SLA reporting and service assurance KPI management.
Supports all day-two support activities (OCM/SCM/Lifecycle)
Run constant service improvement initiatives.
Act as the focal point for the customer service assurance program including network utilization, network health, service level compliance, and RCA reporting as needed.
Acts as a point of escalation as needed.

What we’re looking for...
This role requires positive interpersonal relationship management capability, ability to follow through with deliverables, and strong attention to detail. Additionally, this role will need someone with technical acumen and experience with telecom services, troubleshooting, integrated solution support, incident management, and escalation management. A proven ability to multitask competing priorities is critical.
You’ll need to have...
Four or more years of work experience.
Three or more years of relevant work experience.
Three or more years of experience in a technical customer-facing account services role
Three or more years of experience in a technical telecommunications services role supporting government or enterprise customers
Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Even better if you also have...
A degree
Experience with network operations center support
Experience working with government contracts
Experience supporting Telecom Services
Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $78,000.00 and $164,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
