What you’ll be doing...
As the Channel Management Consultant within the Total Wireless Exclusive Retailer team, a part of the VCG Value Organization, you will be directly responsible for supporting the Sales and Store Build teams, managing various elements of the store build funnel, vendor relationships as it relates to the distribution execution and multiple sales programs to enable further quality of activation and sales growth. You will orchestrate cross functionally to help drive the strategy for process and partnership improvements and move the ball forward. You will work very closely with the National Distributor Management team as well as other key support organizations and will require a high degree of collaboration, coordination and prioritization with responsibilities to include:
Responsibilities:
Coordinating cross functionally to help execute on business plans and strategy; driving the channel priorities to accelerate sales, improve retention and grow distribution
Building new relationships with Master Agent leadership teams to create and develop strategies to enable door growth and attainment of the respective Master Agent KPI targets.
Working with teams help identify sales health concerns, forecast new store openings and ultimately drive output to enable the opening of 1000+ net new Total Wireless locations in 2025.
Ingesting multiple data sources to leverage performance metrics to make strategic recommendations and drive decision making on channel priorities
Building and managing a temporary and permanent closure process to provide clear line of site to leadership of distribution impact as well as partner with National Distributor Managers to follow up and mitigate where possible
Managing and driving accountability of build process SLAs with both Master Agents and key vendors who support various aspects of new store builds.
Developing, enhancing, and executing on technology to drive efficiency across both Sales and Store Build teams

What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have.
Bachelor's degree of four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Experience supporting one of VCG’s sales channels or similar experience.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
An MBA, or an M.S. in related fields.
Strong relationship management skills.
Ability to solve complex problems creatively.
Ability to prioritize and execute effectively.
Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
Managed complex projects with cross-functional teams and aligned groups to a common goal.
Experience with Strategic initiatives with data driven outcomes.
Two or more years of Indirect channel experience, including new store openings.
Exceptional PP/Google Slide creation for executive presentations.
Understanding of organizational objectives, functions, and motivations.
Understanding of key financial concepts relevant to Verizon business performance.
Demonstrate ability to work with, understand, and manage analytics data and reporting tools.
Project management experience.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $89,000.00 and $166,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
