You’ll be front and center, hands-on and contributing your creative energy, and the skills and experiences you’ve gained in your degree program to high-impact projects from the moment you arrive through the course of this 10-week experience. You will take part in meaningful work and real-life projects within the Consumer Customer Experience Organization that will help you grow both professionally and personally throughout the program. You will have the opportunity to work side by side with marketing and product leaders to champion, develop, manage and drive key relationships that are critical to the success of our business and impact our customers. You'll learn from the best minds in the industry and improve your knowledge in an environment that’s dedicated to industry superiority.
As an intern with the Consumer Customer Experience team, some of the skills and areas you may have an opportunity to work on include:
JAVA, Python, JIRA, Selenium, Figma/Figjam, Adobe XD or similar prototyping tools.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their goals and determine how data can be used to achieve the delivery of the next best experience for our customers.
You may be asked to craft customer experience strategies, drive customer experience projects, and conduct analytics across one or more Verizon Consumer Group functional units.
Digital Experience - Support strategy development for digital and engagement experiences.
Provide perspective on emerging industry trends and the competitive landscape to provide insight on ways to improve the customer experience and drive sales growth.
Collaborate with design and partner teams across the business to both learn and contribute to the design process responsible for designing, optimizing, and planning the future of user journeys across e-commerce experiences for Verizon consumers.
Using Artificial Intelligence strategically to personalize customer experiences.
You must be currently enrolled in a degree program and be in good academic standing to be considered.
In this hybrid internship, you’ll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager. This hybrid internship may be based out of Basking Ridge, NJ, New York, NY or Alpharetta, GA. If relocation is required, relocation assistance may be available.

You’ll need to have:
Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program majoring in Experience Design, Graphic or Visual Design, Digital Technology, Digital Media and Marketing, Product Development, Economics, or a related field, with an expected completion date between December 2025 and June 2027.
Project experience and/or coursework in user experience design, interaction design, digital sales & marketing, data and predictive modeling, data analytics, product management or product development, or a related field.
Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.
Willingness to work in Basking Ridge or Alpharetta, GA. As noted, relocation may be provided in certain situations. If relocation is required, you must be able to provide your own housing and reliable transportation to the office location.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Experience with JAVA, Python, JIRA, Selenium, Figma/Figjam, Adobe XD or similar prototyping tools.
Proficiency in one or more of the following areas: Competitive analysis, customer requirements analytics/management and product management – pricing, positioning, requirements, distribution, marketing and launch, market research.
Knowledge of consumer, enterprise or telecom products and market.
Strong leadership, presentation and technical skills.
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
