Sales Orchestration Specialists care for the Orchestrating on Verizon’s behalf for the desired customer outcome and business result leading to increased and accelerated deployment of these Verizon services. Proactively work with Sales, delivery teams, and our customers, to identify and action for a positive outcome or resolution to obstacles preventing the customer’s ability to use Verizon’s Connected Experiences solutions and services.
Responsibilities
Work across all Connected Experiences platforms, and capitalize on opportunities with our customers to accelerate revenue and completion/acceptance and the use of Verizon Connected Experiences solutions and services.
Take initiative, prioritize and manage workload independently
Take accountability for the identification and management of required critical path items.
The role will include direct interaction with both internal and external customers and Third Party Vendor resources.
Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
Responsible to act as a liaison between various Verizon Internal teams involved in quoting, ordering and delivery of solutions.
Collaborate between various service delivery groups to drive issue resolution and ongoing process improvement
Actively listen to customers (Internal and External) to provide them solutions that simplify and organize installs and deployments.
Deliver successful outcome of Customer Experiences projects resulting in positive customer experience.
Quantification and action upon the Customer Experiences backlog
Use Verizon tools including but not limited to: SFDC, ProQuest, GSuite, VECRM, Provisioning Controller, CSR Pro, ESAP, IAC, EzStatus, IntradaPro, TYRA, InfoManager, ecommerce, VoIP reporting, CANVAS
A highly-motivated, self-starter who is/has:
Versed in SIP Trunking, IP Contact Center, CCaaS, UCCaaS, and other Verizon Connected Experiences platforms within Verizon.
Strong planning and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team environment
Technical, operational, contractual and financial acumen
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Three or more years of relevant work experience.
Strong presentation and written/verbal communications skills
Project and Program Management skills
Ordering knowledge and proficiencies

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $78,000.00 and $157,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
