In this role, you’ll:
Participate in four rotations over 2.5 years in the Global Network and Technology organization, specifically the Wireline Network Operations business unit for our Eastern region.
Leadership Program Rotations may include:
Outside Plant Network Management such as FiOS Field Operations, Central Office Wire Centers, and / or Construction where you might analyze data and performance trends; install, maintain and construct our network and broadband services; engage in compliance and safety activities.
Customer Tech and Support Centers where you might troubleshoot network issues, capacity and resource management; participate in customer support, coaching and engagement initiatives.
Develop and strengthen your technical, business and leadership skills through structured assignments, participate in enterprise-wide leadership/management development curriculum and defined networking/support activities.
Perform analysis on strategic initiatives to identify opportunities to reduce cost and drive efficiency in business operations.
Evaluate business transformation initiatives and make recommendations on process or program improvements.
Analyze performance data to create greater impact to our field operations success.
Perform initial analysis to assess the quality of data, a methodical and logical approach, and be able to apply excellent mathematical skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
Gain leadership experience by working alongside people leaders of large operational field teams.

You’ll need to have:
Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Liberal Arts such as Business, Leadership or Organizational Leadership, Communication, Project Management, or Business Analytics with an expected completion date between December 2024 and June 2025.
Authorization to work in the US without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.
Coursework or demonstrated experience with the following technologies and disciplines: fiber optics, telecommunications, project management, resource management, financial management, business, and / or communication systems.
One or more years of demonstrated leadership skills through work experience, school programs and / or community organizations.
Valid Driver's license
Willingness to work in one of the following locations: Washington, DC; Boston, MA; Morristown, NJ; or New York, NY.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Demonstrated strong organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills.
Demonstrated strong quantitative, written, and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and meet critical deadlines.
Experience in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
Advanced modeling and operations research experience.
Telecommunication experience is a plus.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $55,000.00 and $102,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
