• Monitor live and non-live video using in-house tools and dashboard.
• Monitor social media posts and fix issues within the process scope within SLA
• Adjusting boundaries of events as content schedule shifts (events run long or short)
• Check & handle emails, chats, tickets and requests from Business internal stakeholders and vendors/providers within SLAs
• Fix the programming schedule, Audio/Video issues within SLA
• Communicate and handle escalated issues and work closely with Business internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors/providers to resolve network/video issues.
• Maintain active awareness of multiple simultaneous video feeds with meticulous attention to detail
• Escalate and communicate issues on time.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must be willing to work in shifts.

• Recently completed bachelors degree
• Knowledge of basic computer science concepts, programming, and Information Systems
• Interest and willingness to travel and relocate
