Qualifications: Proven leadership experience, preferably in a sales or insurance environment. Skills required: self-motivated, hard-working, coachable, and possessing a positive attitude. A track record of achieving results and meeting or exceeding targets. Ability to develop and implement effective training and coaching programs. Highly self-motivated with a passion for teamwork and continuous improvement. Previous experience in a competitive sports environment is a plus, reflecting the "athlete" mindset.
