-Answering incoming customer inquiries -Booking appointments w/ clients to go over their coverage options -Collaborate w/ management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies -Engage w/ clients in a friendly & professional manner, while actively listening to their concerns -Offer support & solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
