THE DETAILS

Our HR Development Program includes three distinct rotations that will build your skills and knowledge across a broad range of concentrations, including compensation, talent acquisition, talent analytics, and employee relations. The HRDP features projects, programming, and other events designed to grow your networking and relationship-building skills. You'll work cooperatively and collaboratively with your colleagues and with our Corporate Functions and Strategic Business Unit partners at Liberty Mutual. You'll also contribute your invaluable insights to a wide array of projects and process improvements. Best of all, your experience in HRDP will be tailored to your unique interests and capabilities-all with support from mentors and managers to ensure your success.

WHAT YOU'VE GOT

• YOU HAVE 0 TO 2 YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE.

• You hold a bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA. Additional requirements may apply.

• You possess strong communication, organization, and project management skills.

• You demonstrate a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

• You're flexible and adaptable to changing needs.

• You have the ability to manage multiple priorities.
