Primary responsibilities include supporting:

• Develop, implement, and manage a value-added benefit vendor go to market playbook for all admin and medical related VABs including implementation, governance, and PP/workflow documentation. A go-to guide for collaborative opportunities to scale VABs through proper procedures and governance requirements. This includes:
• Confirming and updating Medicaid Product vendor documentation including live markets, key contacts, integration of vendor info into existing VAB databases
• Compile, document, and development formal policy and procedure documents to support vendor go to market plans
• Workflow development for new and existing processes
• Compile, Develop, and implement more in-depth positioning statements for RFP and off-cycle refresh based on pop health and categorical alignments
• Researching contract responses for VAB language on narrative for VABs
• Leading ideation on potential benefit positionings
• Develop process for in-depth positioning statements
• Develop and administer training to educate active employees and new hires on records policies/procedures.
• Provide Ideation on new innovative benefit offerings to support population health strategy and member needs

Functions OR examples of projects for this role: 

• Sharepoint data management
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings with business owners, regional market leads, health plans, and Medicaid Product for go-to market strategies
• Develop Policy and Procedures to support key team functions
• Collaborate with BD content directors

QUALIFICATIONS

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Organizational Development, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or other related degrees
• This internship is from June to Augustand is 40 hours per week
• Must be enrolled fulltime at an accredited college or university during internship
• Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements
