  • Qualifications
    • Leadership Development: Participate in training and mentorship to develop leadership skills. Build relationships with senior sales leaders and learn what it takes to lead a high-performing team.
    • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with peers, sales managers, and cross-functional teams to understand market needs and customer pain points. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives.
    • Coaching and Mentorship: As you progress through the program, take on leadership tasks like mentoring team members, leading sales meetings, and coaching peers on sales techniques.
    • Continuous Learning: Attend leadership development workshops, sales coaching sessions, and other internal training programs aimed at personal and professional growth.
