    We are currently interviewing entry level and senior level applicants who are service-minded and want to help people, gain experience and earn the money they deserve. This is a Sales Leader position, working one-on-one with families in the community, with the desire to join the leadership team, where you will eventually help lead a team of other sales professionals. There is flexibility and room for advancement.

  • Qualifications
    • Strong communication skills: Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
    • Customer service orientation: A passion for helping people and the ability to empathize with union members’ needs.
    • Sales or consultative experience: Proven ability to engage with clients and close sales (commission-based opportunities may be available).
    • Self-motivated: Comfortable working independently and remotely, managing your schedule and client relationships.
    • Attention to detail: Accuracy in processing documents and managing customer information.
    • Technical skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet).
