    Job Description

    As an HR Operations & Technology intern, you’ll receive high-impact, high-profile assignments in key business areas such as HR technology systems, data analytics, workflow analysis, and process improvement. This internship is designed to drive operational excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement using new tools, technologies, and approaches with an emphasis on department onboarding and process standardization. Our 12-week internship based in Columbus, Ohio is designed to give participants a preview of our initiatives.

    Please Note: This internship will only support those that are local to Columbus, Ohio as this is a hybrid position. Housing will not be provided.

    Qualifications

    • College juniors pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Data Science or Industrial-Organizational Psychology
    • Solid academic achievement (minimum 3.2 GPA preferred)
    • Ability to think critically and work independently with a proactive, go-getter attitude.
    • Demonstrated experiences that showcase technical acumen and analytical skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Nationwide does not participate in the Stem OPT Extension program. At its sole discretion, Nationwide determines whether to offer sponsorship for qualifying positions based on business need and budget. However, it is not usually available for entry level roles.
