• Booking appointments with clients to review their coverage options

• Engage with clients in a friendly & professional manner, while actively listening to their concerns

• Offer support & solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies

• Collaborate with management teams to work towards company objectives

• Working computer w/ camera to conduct zoom calls AND windows software

• Basic level technical skills (how to operate zoom, how to share screen, how to navigate your browser. etc)

• Flexible schedule - we need you available early afternoon to evening
