WORKERS COMPENSATION CLAIMS SPECIALIST TRAINING PROGRAM

THE DETAILS

When you’re part of the Workers Compensation Claims Specialist Training Program you’ll work within a Claims Team using the latest technology to manage an assigned caseload of routine mild to moderate Workers Compensation claims from the investigation of the claim through resolution. This includes making decisions about liability/compensability evaluating losses and negotiating settlements. The role interacts with injured workers claimants policyholders medical providers attorneys and other third parties throughout the claims management process. QUALIFICATIONS

WHAT YOU’VE GOT

• You have 0-2 years of professional experience.
• You hold a b achelor's degree with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
• You have an aptitude for providing information in a clear concise manner with an appropriate level of detail empathy and professionalism.
• You possess strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• You are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• You must have permanent work authorization in the United States.
