    Our Customer Experience Manager will join our team to maintain and grow our user experience by managing the daily and growing flow of our online and help-desk experience while analyzing user trends to inform rapid product development.

    Your management of improving the efficiency of our user support will play a critical role in driving our expansion.

  • Qualifications
    • Be able to add value beyond simple job expectations

    • Capable of synthesizing customer feedback into action items

    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload

    • Excellent writing and communication skills

    • Personable and patient

    • Calm and friendly demeanor in high-pressure situations

    • A Bachelor’s degree from a 4 year college

    $45-50k and early employee stock options.
