About the Internship Program:
Onboarding: first week support with our Early Careers team, introductions to Expedia Group, laptop set up, meeting your intern cohort
Intern Bootcamp: role-specific skills learning to help you get set up for success
Social events: regular fun events for all interns to get to know each other during the program
Leadership Series: opportunities to directly ask questions and learn about the career journeys of our leaders during exclusive intern-only Q&A events
Learning Series: interactive workshops to build professional & soft skills, and to support development, including topics such as personal branding and mental wellness
Support: coaching and advice, provided by managers, navigators (buddies) and Early Careers
Project work: interns enjoy a great level of responsibility and complete incredible projects specific to their role profile based on our business needs
What You’ll do:
In E4B, we manage Expedia Group’s business-to-business (B2B) relationships - ranging from large airlines, hotels, vacation rentals, cruises, car rentals, financial institutions, travel agents and more - which connect partners with all that EG offers in pursuit of their goals. By joining the 2022 Expedia Group Internship Program as a Commercial Intern, you’ll be immersed in a variety of different teams that stretch across Strategic Travel Partners, Lodging Account Management, Commercial Partnerships, and Media & Brand Partnerships teams.
You’ll develop an understanding of the sales techniques used in partner engagements to drive business needs
You’ll understand the industry and competitive landscape of your team
You’ll assist your team in growing and optimizing an account portfolio focusing on the adoption of EG's full suite of technology products and tools.
You’ll uncover partner needs by listening to partners, analyzing internal data, and exploring external sources

Must be available to start to commit to the full program dates
Must be graduating with an undergraduate degree between April and July 2024 focused on a commercial or business-related degree (e.g., Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Economics, etc.)
Must be willing to relocate to city of job location if outside commuting distance
Must have no more than 2 years' professional experience
Helpful to have a growth or learner mindset
Helpful to have empathy and be inclusive
Helpful to have organization and time management skills, rigor, attention to details
