WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING...

You’ll be front and center, hands-on and contributing your creative energy, and the skills and experiences you’ve gained in your MBA program to high-impact projects from the moment you arrive through the course of this 10-week experience. You will take part in meaningful work and real-life projects in our Global Products and Solutions organization that will help you grow both professionally and personally throughout the program. You'll learn from the best minds in the industry and improve your product management knowledge in an environment that’s dedicated to industry superiority.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on Verizon’s Network Transformation team. Our One Fiber programs are creating a multi-use fiber architecture that will enable next-gen network edge technology, 5G, and Smart Cities. It will allow Verizon to intensify densification of the network to provide massive bandwidth and flexible access at the network edge.

Opportunities are available in the following areas:

• Project managing the One Fiber commercialization.
• Supporting end to end deliverable required to bring our transformational solutions to our customers across each of Verizon’s lines of business.

• Current enrollment as a first-year MBA degree student majoring in Operations, Project Management, Market Research, Business or Data Analytics, Product Management, or a related field, with an expected completion date between December 2019 and June 2020.
• Four or more years of work experience within Engineering, IT, Project Management, Telecom, Go-to-Market, Product Management, Business or Data Analytics, or a related field.

Even better if you have:

• Demonstrated independent thinking, relationship management and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving, team environment.
• Demonstrated strong analytical, communication, leadership and presentation skills.
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite of Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong technical knowledge.
