WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• You will be responsible for writing and driving to completion your own project that could be used by many of our stakeholders – including end customers browsing and shopping on our websites, other technology teams and/or Cimpress businesses. 
• As a part of your project, build microservices – modular software – and UIs that could plug into our e-Commerce solutions or manufacturing and logistics processes, data platform and much more! 
• Work with a team to understand the customer needs that drive your project and iterate and incorporate your customers’ feedback into your solutions. 
• Test the software you write, participate in peer code reviews and document the functionality you build. 
• At the end of your internship, showcase your project to teams across the organization!

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Our teams can choose their own tools, and we work with JavaScript/Node.js, Python, Ruby, Go, C#, Java, etc. 
• Knowledge of front-end development tools and frameworks, such as React.js, Next.js, Gatsby, SASS. 
• Problem solving and multitasking in a fast-paced environment 
• A passion for taking action and delivering value to our customers. 
• Must be available to work full time from June - August 2022

NICE TO HAVE:  

• Experience deploying software to the cloud 
• Basic knowledge of AWS cloud for running services 
• Understanding of how to structure front-end architecture with micro front-ends.
