How we do it:

College of Ferguson: Our Supply Chain Trainee Program. Your journey begins in a training location for 12 months where you will learn the Distribution Center and Branch Warehouse Operations. You will experience both classroom-based and hands-on training, allowing you to learn the business from the ground up. You will also get the immediate opportunity to develop and implement your ideas within our warehouse environments.

Upon completion of the Trainee Program, you will transfer to your final location and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service for existing and prospective customers. You will be prepared to assist in multiple supply chain functions, lead a team of associates, influence change, and build your career with Ferguson.
