The Chief Technology Office (CTO) within O&T is looking for full-time technology analysts to join one of its many technology teams focused on the optimization of our IT environment by standardizing production platforms, reducing complexity and introducing innovative solutions that create a competitive advantage for Citi.
Including the primary innovation arm for the enterprise, CTO is responsible for driving the creation of Citi's overall Information Technology strategy as well as developing end-to-end solutions that serve Citi’s various global functions such as HR, Compliance, Legal, Finance, etc. CTO roles are some of the most technical in Citi, and its analysts will leverage cutting-edge technology, using enterprise-level application development and infrastructure engineering, to deliver world-class solutions for Citi and its clients.
We provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed.
With a “Cloud-first” mentality, CTO is focused on a number of transformational engineering initiatives that include harnessing Big Data, the exploration of Hybrid Cloud, strengthening Cyber Security and a transition to Enterprise Containers. Additionally, its global functions and production assurance teams provide a wide-range of enterprise opportunities including data analytics, application development, DevOps, end-to-end design and infrastructure management.
The Full-Time Technology Analyst position(s) are part of a two-year rotational program. The program starts in the summer following graduation with an intensive one-week orientation in New York City where you will learn more about our business, strategy, and shared vision.
Following orientation, you will pursue one of two tracks — a rotational track in which you rotate amongst two different CTO domains or a non-rotational track in which you remain in a fixed role for the duration of the program. The rotational track is designed to allow Technology Analysts to narrow their focus while gaining valuable exposure to and experience in more than one area, or discipline. The non-rotational track is demand-based and designed to allow Technology Analysts to specialize while working in a specific organization.
In addition, the program is comprised of various speaker’s series, leadership training and hands-on experience. Likewise, we offer a variety of networking, mentoring and community service events, all intended to reinforce the Core Values of the Program – Innovation, Leadership, Collaboration and Service.
