    As a Business Support Services Representative, you will process incoming investor correspondence, scan and interpret hundreds of various work types for preparation and appropriate routing, classify and index documents in the imaging system for account processing. You will handle investor check re-work queues, interoffice mail, research and respond to requests, and monitor email boxes for support requests. You will review and interpret the source to determine the work type, priority, and company line of business to correctly classify and index for processing. You will receive and process incoming and outgoing mail from various couriers including USPS, FedEx, UPS, and others. Your scope will include cart runs to deliver and retrieve interoffice mail from mail stops throughout the campus.

    • You've had at least two years experience in a fast paced office environment.

    • You can lift from 30 up to 50 pounds.
    • You can push and pull from 30 up to 75 pounds.

    Hampton Roads Base Salary Range: $45,255-$72,408

    In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.

    *Temporary positions in Canada and the United States are excluded from the above mentioned compensation and benefit plans.
