    “I can succeed as a Content Marketing Summer Associate at Capital Group.”

    As a summer associate, you will assist with establishing the business priorities, defining the market strategy, and ensuring execution for the audience covered by the delivery team that interfaces with the client segment teams in Institutional Retirement (IR) or Wealth Management (WM).

    As a Content Marketing Summer Associate, you will perform one or more of the following tasks:

    • As a skilled writer and marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that align with our brand and business goals.
    • You will work closely with our team to create blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and other marketing materials that drive traffic, generate leads, and build brand awareness.
    • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

    • You are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, in junior standing, graduating in 2026, with a 3.0 or above GPA
    • Writing, copy writing, and editing experience
    • Understands tactical components of marketing strategy
    • Can establish connections and build partnerships across cross-functional teams to drive forward their project work
    • Strong communicator
    • Experience using metrics and establishing a process for understanding marketing campaign ROI

    Base Rate: $30.50/hour

    In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
