CAMPUS: Technology Rotational Experience (TREx) Associate (2025)

The Technology Rotational Experience (TREx) withing our EDGE program is a development-centric program. As a TREx Associate, you will complete rotations in our Southern California office(s) working in areas such as solutions engineering, software development, architecture, technology support and operations, information security or business operations management. As a TREx Associate, you’ll be part of an engaging cohort experience that focuses on learning and development along with making connections through social events and networking during your first year at Capital Group. You’ll learn directly from our leaders through a speaker series, take on interesting business problems in sprint challenges and engage in activities to strengthen your technical skills and business acumen. You will be well supported and will learn how information technology elevates our ability to provide the best technology platforms for our internal customers and how the Capital System has sustained superior results over time.

You may work on end-to-end solution delivery for a specific feature(s) within a product. Contribute to solution delivery through activities such as analysis, development, testing, and support.
You will support Capital Group’s business cycles through implementation and integration of technology and business functions.
You will maximize learning and networking through each rotational experience to build a strong foundation of technical skills, business integration and industry/domain/technology knowledge

You are currently a senior pursuing a technically focused bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Decision or Info Analytics, Data Science, or equivalent.
You have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
You have a real passion for Technology.
You have demonstrated leadership in extra-curricular activities.
You express ideas effectively and interact professionally with others.
You are a continuous learner, with a hunger for knowledge.
You are not intimidated by the new and unfamiliar and embrace a learning mindset.
You are highly collaborative.
Orange County Base Salary Range: $78,567-$125,707
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
*Temporary positions in Canada and the United States are excluded from the above mentioned compensation and benefit plans.
