Capital Associate Program (CAP)

CAP is an opportunity for early-career individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences to learn and contribute to this mission by gaining direct exposure to investment management.CAP is a highly selective global three-year rotational program with cohorts in Los Angeles, London, Hong Kong, and Singapore. The program is focused on developing the skills relevant for investment management roles. Providing development opportunities through hands-on experience, structured training, and ability to work with andlearn from experienced investors. Associates with exceptional performance and have successfully completed the program will be promoted to roles with our investment units or investment-related groups.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $87,382-$139,811
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
