As a Fixed Income Portfolio Compliance Associate, you will join a team focused on compliance monitoring for fixed income activities. You will actively monitor order and trade activities as well as account positions to ensure portfolios are compliant with internal and external guideline limits. Additionally, you'll work closely with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Legal & Compliance, Investment Technology Group, and Investment Operations teams to resolve any compliance issues.

• You have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a relevant field of study.
• You have experience in financial services, knowledge of compliance, fixed income instruments and investment vehicles, markets, and the investment process.
• You're proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn various related systems such as Aladdin, CRD, Tableau, Alteryx and/or Perform.
• You are effective at communicating with key stakeholders with varying levels of experience.
• You thrive in team settings. You ask great questions, bounce ideas off others and proactively share your perspective.
• You are highly skilled in multitasking while providing personalized service. You exercise good judgement and have a process for managing competing priorities.

Orange County Base Salary Range: $68,024-$108,838

Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $73,502-$117,603

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
