    The Investor Relations Analyst will support the investor relations and marketing functions of Mariner by delivering leading service and timely and accurate information to the firm’s investors, prospects, sales professionals and management team. This role primarily focuses on the firm’s operational processes as it relates to client service, including fund administration as well as client reporting.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Prepare various investor presentations, reports, statements, requests for proposal, and due diligence questionnaires
    • Process investor subscription/redemption documentation and perform regular compliance checks
    • Aid in the coordination and preparation of materials for prospect calls and meetings
    • Update and maintain information in our CRM database
    • Prepare ad hoc requests from other members of the Investor Relations team and Sales team
    • Liaise with all departments of the firm to assist with the development of client materials and analytics
  • Qualifications

    Education, Skills, & Experience:

    • B.S. or B.A. from a 4-year college or university
    • 0-2 years’ related or transferable business experience
    • Organized, detail-oriented, accurate, motivated, team player
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Works well under pressure with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload while adhering to strict deadlines
    • Proven ability to work with datasets and be able to perform detailed analysis
    • Must provide professional references Compensation
    • Terms of employment: Full-time, non-exempt
  • Compensation
    Salary: $70,000 to $80,000, * commensurate with experience * Individual salaries for this role may vary based on various factors including but not limited to, candidate skills and experience. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including but not limited to, individual and organizational performance.
