The Relationship Associate role is a key sales position driving asset growth and deepening client relationships for Polen Capital. As the internal leader on a high-achieving Distribution team, this sales leader will jointly own responsibility for growing the team’s number of relationships with the top wealth management teams in the industry. The candidate also plays a critical role driving assets into Polen Capital’s Mutual Fund, SMA, and other investment vehicles – across the market cap spectrum and across Polen’s autonomous equity and credit investment platforms.
Successful candidates will have an entrepreneurial spirit and drive and will want to work hard to be seen as a trusted and critical business partner. Success in the role fundamentally relies on a candidate’s proactive approach, laser-focus on the needs of their business partners, and an innate desire to continuously improve and drive results. For candidates who are driven by results and have an ability to stay focused on the bottom line of asset growth and retention, this position is an “on ramp” to an attractive career in asset management distribution.
