As a Site Services & Operations Coordinator, you will enrich the experience of working at Capital by providing innovative, high-quality services to internal and external customers. You will be part of a model global service organization and collaborate with a team to provide exceptional services, and operations for our Los Angeles office.

• You have experience directing service vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and managing their related budgets including invoices and quality control.
• You demonstrate intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including, but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.
• You are comfortable using technology and navigating a variety of applications and portals.
• You can demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills with a diverse group of associates.

Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $70,160-$112,256
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
*Temporary positions in Canada and the United States are excluded from the above mentioned compensation and benefit plans.
