    As a Sales Operations Specialist in our Wealth Management (WM) Client Group or Investment Resources Team, you will drive and execute strategies that drive the effectiveness of our salesforce across key initiatives. You'll focus on sales initiatives and channel coordination for Wealth Management. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the voice of sales and salesforce needs are considered and incorporated in the development and execution of the WM business plan. Your strengths include managing ambiguity while navigating evolving circumstances.

    • Drives and participates in the business planning process, ensuring projects and initiatives are aligned to and achieving business goals while taking the lead on agenda setting / meeting coordination and follow-ups across the operation.
    • Creates best in class meeting materials (ppt, word docs etc.) for team updates.
    • Looks to use data to defines, analyze, and interpret key metrics to ensure 'always on' understanding of business health.
    • Brings a continuous improvement mindset to realize evolving operational effectiveness and efficiency.
    • Is a student of the financial services industry with a keen interest in global markets and changing trends of the investment management landscape.
    • You have experience maintaining goal alignment, prioritizing multiple stakeholders, and overcoming objections.
    • You will ideally have knowledge of Wealth Management sales tools and resources including Salesforce.com, Americanfunds.com, Seismic etc.

    Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $76,383-$122,213

    In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.

    *Temporary positions in Canada and the United States are excluded from the above mentioned compensation and benefit plans.
