As a Solutions Engineer ( Software Engineer/Business Systems Analyst ), you'll design, build, maintain, and refine high-performance, scalable systems through your collaboration in development, infrastructure, and product discussions from conception to completion. You have recommendations on how to imagine, develop and launch solutions with transformative power.

From digital and cloud solutions to original and developing technology products and services, you will address challenges at their core. You will closely engage with business teams to develop products, services, and experiences that disrupt markets, generate value, and positively impact millions of lives.

• You have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems or a related technical field, and g raduated in 2023 or 2024 .

• You have software engineering experience with expertise in one of the programming languages, preferably Python, and AWS Cloud. Experience and knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce is preferred.

• You have experience and/or knowledge of user experience design and working with products like Figma.

• You have great communication skills and drive to learn Wealth Management business to successfully partner with Business stakeholders to ideate, design and deliver great products.

• You're thoughtful in your approach to product management and software engineering practices. You enable a future-ready, high-quality product that delights the users .

• Your agile mindset and passion for designing product user experiences enable rapid business growth.

• You have a foundation of technical ability, business acumen, leadership skills, and a desire to provide knowledge transfer.

Orange County Base Salary Range: $78,567-$125,707

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
