As an Intellectual Property Paralegal, you will be expected to apply your organizational and communication skills while displaying a positive, high-energy attitude. The successful Intellectual Property Paralegal candidate should have proficient knowledge of internal software applications, such as word processing, internet searching skills, spreadsheets and databases. Trial experience and experience with document production databases is preferred but not required. A Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program and a minimum of three (3) years of patent litigation experience are required.
