    Latham & Watkins, a global law firm consistently ranked among the top firms in the world, is seeking a Practice Support Services Coordinator join our dynamic team in Manchester. As part of the Manchester Technology team, you will provide assistance and support for the daily project operations and provide technical guidance and consultation to the Practice Support Services staff as well as attorneys, trainees and paralegals. In this role, you will perform all functions related to assisting in the education of practice support staff members on current software and tools used by the firm. The Practice Support Services Coordinator serves as a central point of communication between the practice support staff in the US and Europe and will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and structured transition of work between practice support teams in all regions.     • A sound understanding of e-discovery law and practice
    • Advanced knowledge of a wide variety of software programs, litigation support procedures, and industry leading platforms such as IPRO, Relativity, Axcelerate, Brainspace, Nuix and Opus|2 Magnum.
    • Analytical skills to troubleshoot a variety of symptoms, diagnose problems, and test, recommend, and implement solutions to practice support problems

  • Qualifications
    • Knowledge of DoD Information Assurance practices, including Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG)
    • Must be able to interact with peers, management, and senior engineers in a constantly evolving environment to ensure a positive customer experience and atmosphere in the workplace.
    • Ability to be a self-starter and take on the initiative to learn more advanced operations and technologies
