Offit Kurman is seeking an experienced litigator to join our Philadelphia or Plymouth Meeting office. The attorney will be part of a team handling sophisticated construction and commercial litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have significant responsibilities including depositions, going to court, preparing witnesses, drafting pleadings, briefs and motions and trial.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of civil litigation experience and be admitted in PA. Trial experience a plus.
