IP Patent Prosecution Attorney, Mid-Level

Offit Kurman is seeking a mid-level IP Patent Prosecution associate to join our growing Intellectual Property Practice Group.

Offit Kurman is looking for an attorney with three plus years Patent Prosecution experience handling a variety of patents and industries including patent prosecution, patent search and analysis, drafting and filing applications, and portfolio management

Litigation experience is a plus, but not required

Experience with mechanical, biomedical, and medical devices is a plus

Salary:

Expected salary could be between 150K-230K based on level of experience.
