Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our small law firm. You will be our front desk receptionist and provide administrative support to our office manager. Your responsibilities will include answering incoming phone calls, opening, sorting and distributing mail, keeping conference room and kitchen stocked and organized, preparing cover letters and sending correspondence out. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to multi-task and maintain professionalism. MUST be punctual and polished, have good reliable vehicle and a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person
Handle all incoming and outgoing mail to include opening, sorting and distributing
Maintain an organized filing system
Assist Office Manager with administrative tasks
Qualifications
High school diploma required, administrative training is preferred
Previous experience as a Receptionist a plus or in a similar position
Familiarity with standard office equipment
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
MUST have your own vehicle. No public transportation.
