About the Role

The Revenue Analysis Financial Information Center (“FIC”) Intern is an integral part of Latham’s Accounting & Finance team. This role will be responsible for working side-by-side with our full-time FIC team to support the firm by performing critical functions that drive strategic and profitable growth, while assisting the team on specific internal/external FIC projects and initiatives. This role will be located in our Global Services Office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Other key responsibilities include:

• Enhancing tracking system supporting clients, matters, and attorneys, etc., this will require working in Asana and Business Objects
• Running through existing reports and organizing/filing them in the FIC shared inbox
• Cataloging and capturing key information from write-off requests submitted to firm leadership from our partners

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Are a graduating junior/senior currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate program
• Are pursuing a degree in either business, economics, finance or political science, preferably

And have:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• A customer-service orientation

Pay Range

USD $25.00 - USD $35.00 /Hr.
