    About the Role

    The Technology & Information Services Administrative Coordinator is an integral part of Latham’s Technology & Information Services team and will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in the seamless administrative operation of the Technology & Information Services department by proactively delivering administrative services daily , while providing end-to-end administrative support to managers, directors, and chiefs, encompassing travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, coordinating meetings, and efficiently handling department invoices for timely payments, and accurate record-keeping. This role will be located in our Global Services O ffice in Los Angeles, CA. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

    Responsibilities & Qualifications

    Other key responsibilities include:

    • Utilizing a variety of software programs, including the Microsoft suite and expense management system, to effectively execute a wide range of day-to-day administrative duties, ensuring operational efficiency and support
    • Developing operational guides and quick-reference sheets for handling standard administrative inquiries and technical support documentation, ensuring operations continuity, and maintaining a library of presentations about the team and department for ease of use by directors
    • Auditing and maintaining department distribution lists to include new hires, promotions, team changes, and adding new team members to department invites
    • Facilitating meeting services as needed for programs that fall within the team
    • Functioning as a backup for team members as needed in the area of overseeing enhancement requests for department forms, processing domain management monthly billing files, and updating staff home equipment option descriptions
    • Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains

    • Demonstrate excellent leadership skills (e.g., organizing, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making) necessary for effective supervision
    • Possess well-developed, professional interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm
    • Display excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

    And have:

    • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; a minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
    • A minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience in a professional services organization
