Wilson Elser's White Plains office currently seeks a Human Resources Recruiter. This role is hybrid role require some days in the office and other days working remote.
This position will be responsible for the recruitment process of professional staff roles across the country. A successful person will manage the full life-cycle recruitment process from the initial meeting- assessing job requirements, improving job descriptions, developing appropriate sourcing and compensation strategies to negotiating offers on behalf of Wilson Elser.

THE POSITION
Qualifications •Bachelor's Degree required •3+ years’ experience in recruiting in either corporate, law firm or agency environment •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills •Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and online job boards •Experience conducting behavioral or structured interviews
Responsibilities •Oversee the entire recruitment cycle: Hiring Manager Intakes, Sourcing Candidates, Screening Candidates, including Digital Interviewing and Selection, Reference checks, and Negotiating job offers •Engage in creative sourcing to include: direct recruiting, prospecting, referral sourcing, job boards, associations, targeted emails, social networking both internally and externally. •Perform guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through completion •Maintain positive relationships with hiring managers •Work with outside headhunters and staffing agencies to identify talent •Offer consultative support to hiring managers to make effective hiring decisions •Provide regular updates ensuring that all reporting is both timely and consistent •Partner with HR comp manager on offers and compensation recommendations •Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and interface with all levels of management •Ensure all hiring policies and procedures (i.e. any compliance, legal and regulatory requirements) are adhered to •Comply with and educate end users on internal staffing procedures
